Alberta Kelley, 67, of Uniontown, Pa., was cleared of drug possession and manufacture charges after she told a jury that she didn't know the 4-foot "weeds" growing next to her tomatoes were marijuana plants and that she had planted what a bearded stranger in a pointy hat told her were flower seeds.
