Mary Kantorowski, 98, of Fairfield, Conn., and her son Peter Kantorowski are headed to court after the 71-year-old man served his mother with an eviction notice and said he was concerned about her well-being and wanted her to leave her home of nearly 60 years and move into a nursing home or live with him.
