James Summers, 52, a Wisconsin man who police say entered a Denny's in Madison, declared himself the new manager and fixed himself a burger, fries, and a soda before police arrived, had a stun gun in a hip holster under his coat and crack pipes in his briefcase, according to a criminal complaint, and yelled, "This is why you don't dine and dash, kiddies," as officers took him away.
