Joseph Bray, 47, a South Florida man who was arrested on domestic violence charges after his wife was pushed during a spat over his forgetting to wish her a happy birthday, has been ordered to buy his wife a birthday card and flowers and take her to dinner at Red Lobster and bowling afterward, in a ruling that also instructed the couple to seek marriage counseling.
