Onyango Obama, 67, President Barack Obama's uncle who last week lost the right to drive for 45 days in a deal in a drunken-driving case, has been granted a hardship driver's license by the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles to allow him to get to his job as manager of a liquor store.
