Igor Vovkovinskiy, who at 7 feet 8 inches is the tallest man in the United States and has had 16 foot surgeries in 6 years because of ill-fitting footwear, flew to Massachusetts from Minnesota so shoe engineers at Reebok could build him some custom shoes, estimated at a size 22 to 25.
