Yardley Joy Frantz, who is accused of running into a man and his nephew with her car, zapping the man's son with a stun gun after he confronted her and then driving off, was arrested and charged with aggravated and simple assault after Allentown, Pa., police say her vanity license plate "ZOMBIE" made her easy to track down.
