Henry Kissinger, 68, the former secretary of state who served under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, said in Poland that he doesn't think the statement, "Who do I call if I want to call Europe?" originated with him, adding: "I am not sure I actually said it.  But it's a good statement, so why not take credit for it.?"
