Denise Robinson, a 55 year old Pittsburgh woman, is suing Democratic Pennsylvania state Rep. Jake Wheatley after she received only half of the prize he promised the winner of a cake baking contest, saying, "If my state rep will breach a contract for $200, then what is he doing for $200,000?"
