Dr. Brittney Barton, a Dallas veterinarian who has been monitoring Skinny, an orange tabby who weighed about 41 pounds when he was found nearly two months ago, said the cat as slimmed down to 37 pounds but probably needs to reach 30 pounds before being considered for adoption.
